C1 at top of Icefall
C2 in Western Cwm
C3 on Lhotse Face
C4 at S Col.

Left C3 8:30 am in summit push; all 3 members and 3 Sherpas to go to C4; arrived at C4 2:30 pm, stayed till 8:30 pm., when left for top. Arrived top at 8:29 am on 16th (Jean, Dutil, Pasang Norbu and Nawang Wangchu) and 9:15 am (St. Hilarie and Thile Nuru). On top together, no wind, no clouds, sunshine; returned to C4 to sleep; down to BC 17th.

Oxygen used by members from C3 to C4; St. Hilaire and Dutil only in C4; to top, to C4 by Jean and Dutil only and all from C4 to C3; by Sherpas from C4 to top C4.
