Depot at 6100m (not slept in, only deposit)
C3 at 7400m (100m below other camps - space problem)
C4 at 8000m bottom of Couloir
xxx at 8350m in couloir.

"Very bad situation" at C4: C3 too much competition, criminal competition" (juggling for advantage/campsite, first to go up). So many camps at C3, tents spread out 100m for 1st tents to highest tents. De Stefani reached 8350m in summit bid and then turned back because strong wind and very cold; got slight frostnip on several fingers. Now no time for another bid because of commitments in KTM concerning a school and hostel he is very much involved in.

De Stefani shared BC with De Leo but they climbed entirely separately and De Stefani left earlier.
