Surprised by number of ropes (from C1 to the summit); there were fixed ropes all the way.
Had to wait to move to C2 because of other groups on the mountain.
Great weather; only had to wait to get onto the mountain because crowds.
Apparently, summit day was windless but Everest was cloudy. Clouds rolled in pretty close after the summit was reached.
