High point at start of traverse.

Summit bid on 5 Oct by Challeat, Roman, Verove and Pemba Sherpa stopped only 50m above C3 by very deep snow, 1 meter or more snow on North Face not getting sun. No good to wait for another bid. All down to C1 and climb finished.

Ollangnier never reached BC because of sinus problem.
Khamallah left expedition 6 Oct with mild chest infection.
