Highpoint just above C3 of French team.
Returned to BC 1st Oct with Ochoa and then up on 4 Oct from BC to make continuous ascent with brief stops to rest. 4th in afternoon arrived at C2. 4 Oct midnight up from C2 to C3, where French were camed; arrived C3 5:00-5:30 am at 7500m, tested snow above and decided slab avalanche conditions too dangerous to continue and down to BC afternoon of 5th.
