BC near lake and other expedition
C1 just across West Col
High point at couloir of SE Ridge (with Tauber expedition).

On Canadian permit but independent. First went to Mera Peak (no summit, too much snow) and arrived at BC with Canadians but climbed with Tauber expedition.

16 Oct started up towards top from C2 at 5:00 am and caught up with Tauber's team, who had made trail, and reached same high point as Tauber's and turned back with them to BC and their climb finished, Had come to KTM with no fixed goal, went to Thamserku Trekking for suggestions and was added to Canadian's permit.

1 Nov 02 - Canadian's leader Adamson: Italians climbed with them and shared tents, etc. Italians went up from C1 at 6100m on 18 Oct and tried for top alpine style, reached 6900m, but here snow was loose and dangerous and technical difficulty still ahead, but no rope fixed ahead, so they went down to BC same day and left BC 20 Oct.
