C1 at 7000m on North Col
C2 at a higher campsite
xxx below North Ridge and before First Step.

Gregg and Smith spent two nights in C3 before going for to top. Left C3 just after midnight fo 26/27 May. Climbed for 2 hours to about 8400m in deep drifted snow on top of rock, problem to find fixed ropes and no one else on route so high to break trail. Gregg burned out and difficulty underfoot sent them down to C1 for that night and climb finished.
