C4 at North Col
High point at 2nd Step.

Did carries to Col camp for long time bafore establishing camp: were stocking supplies there. 1st time C5 was slept in was 21 Oct because winds: 100 mph gusts (60 mph sustained). 21 Oct was summit attack by Tejas and Litherland, on 22nd biv at 8200m after late start without tent trying to reach C6, where Spanish summer team's tents were. 23rd reached Spanish tent which was usable and that was last calm day with winds starting at 3:00 am on 24th. Got to 8600m at foot of 2nd Step, got frostbitten in cold wind and turned down 24th.

Horner and Ongden Sherpa to C5, 25th down in screaming wind. 26th abandoned N Col camp, 28th cleared ABC and left BC 29th Oct.
