C3 at North Face.
23 May at 1:30 am NST C3 left by Calderas, Castillo, Delgado and Tobia with Pasang Tshering Sherpa and Lhakpa Thudu Sherpa. Calderas turned back at 8550m because one eye giving trouble because of altitude. Castello turned back at 8600m because lost a crampon and afraid of not good footing afterwards. On to top were Delgado and Tobia and 2 Sherpas. Summiters slept in C3 while others down to Castillo to ABC and Calderas to C1 for that night. Delgado got frostnip in fingers on summit day and had to stop many times to warm them in his armpits.
