원정 개요
C4 at South Col (Guggemos, Hackl and Porsche).
May 21: left C4 at about 22:30 hours.
May 22: reached 8750m about 12:00 hours. Snow conditions made difficult to cross above South Summit to Hillary Step. Much rope work done - Dawa exhausted. Returned to C4 sleep.
May 23: down to C2.
Schorcht and Steger left expedition on April 8 due to health problem. Dr Zuerner left BC on May 19 due to lack of time. Rest of members returned to Kathmandu on May 30 and leaving on June 1. Guggemos joining K2 expedition on June 8. After that no more expeditions.
