원정 개요

Four of five members started on 16th Oct at 10 pm from BC for summit. Magliano did not attempt because it was not possible for him to make a summit in one day though he had spent a night in C1 (6200m) on 12th Oct.

Four climbers reached C1 at 4 am of 17th Oct. Bernasconi reached the summit at 12 noon and other reached summit from 12 to 12:45. All members spent approximately half an hour on the summit. Weather was perfect. They took snow for their research purpose, took photographs. They saw a flag on the summit which was left by the German expedition. Came back to BC at 6 pm of the 17th Oct. They collected snow from different places for the research purposes.
