C1 at NE Spur
High point at NE Spur.

Snowfall in just few days and feared avalanching and unable to find ropes left for them by French expedition, which were buried in the snow. 24th Oct found French ropes above and problem making route and exhausted by making steps in fresh snow, so went to 5800m and returned to C1. 25th tried to go up to ridge and 1 reached only 5800m and Schnizler to only 5900m, but turned back because he did not feel strong to continue up alone, and returned to C1 and same day removed C1 and climb finished.
