Pitched at C3 at 7700m on 21 Sept but not slept in because members not strong enough to carry packs to C3, so with good supply of Sherpas and oxygen and did not want to lose another day. Now avalanche danger and had to wait for snow conditions to get good. Summit party of Litch, Staples, Lapkass and Ang Dorje, Lhakpa Tshering, Chuldim and Tenzing, Tucker, Arayama and Pappas left C2 00:15 hours (NST) on 1 Oct and summit not reached by Pappas, Chuldim and Tenzing while all others to top: Litch and Ang Dorje at 11:10 am, Tucker, Lhakpa at 11:40 am, Staples at 12:00 pm, Arayama and Lapkass at 12:15 pm. Arayama, Staples and Litch last into C2 at 7:00 pm because Arayama a very slow. Litch only one to true top and Sakamoto who was with them did not; [stopped] early 20m below top.

Actually only person from this expedition to reach summit was Litch. All others were on plateau but failed to go beyond this summit plateau.
