BC at East Ama Dablam on bottom of southern slopes of Annapurna III
C1 (ABC) at under south end of big rock buttress due south of mountain
C2 just west of big rock buttress
C3 on snow slope above and slightly to right of big buttress
High point at bottom of head wall below col between Gangapurna and Anna III.

Defeated by too much snow - one small avalanche affected C2. Went first to Tent Peak for acclimatization (4 people only to Tent Peak) and wouldn't do this again because it took up extra time that could have been spent on Gangapurna. Terrain above BC much jumbled rock and not easy to manage. Icefall between C1 and C2 very difficult and dangerous and required 400m fixed rope. Planned to climb head wall on 18th and summit on 20th-21st but on 17th started snowing; snowed all night and all day on 18th, with about a meter of new snow. 19th nice day, but on 18th part of C2 buried by avalanches.
