High point at snowfield.

All climbed NE Ridge because E Face too dangerous from big slabs of ice which broke and fell. C1 establish only on 21st Sept because 3 members had dysentery and C3 only 10th Oct because Terradez bronchitis. Summit push by Hernandez and Terradez from C2 on 10th Oct. 13th Oct reached big snowfield where Hernandez hit by block of ice and fell 50m rope together but not hurt. Decided to give up because of this and fact that on 11th was very windy and they got frostnip. Slept at 7400m bivouac that night. Next night at C3; no further attempt to scale mountain.

Diez had foot infection for one month and Tejedor not well acclimatized.
