Established all camps by 4 May and then down to rest an mainly wait for winds to abate, then to set up 5 new tents and make repairs after winds. Summit party of Brice, Tsuzuki and Karsang left ABC 20 May to C1, 21st to C2, 22nd to C3, 24th to C4. Left C4 at 2:45 am Nepal time, on top at 10:15 am and C4 3:00 pm. 26th to ABC. Snow conditions "superb" like 1995 and about one-third of climbers summited.
