C1 at NE Col
High point at 7500m at start of traverse on rocks from ridge to North Face.
C3 occupied on 13th because all its gear had been accidently dispersed by other climbers in descent. Viesturs and Gustafsson occupied C3 on 13th and made summit bid on 16th after bad weather. Got to 7500m from ridge onto traverse to face via ledge; too dangerous snow slabs to continue. Now end of climb in perfect weather.
