B. Adams - 10 April 78

Gotti only one back in KTM. Expedition made it to 5000m and C2 and then couldn't get equipment supplies up. Too much snow and it looked as though weather wouldn't get better. All well. Rest back soon.


SR Sharma, Tourism - 10 April 78

Abandoned. Reached Dambush Pass April 6 and then abandoned because bad weather and snowfall. Now in KTM today.


Nembrini - 23 March 78

N Ridge from East Face. Other expeditions climbed via Tukuche Little Peak, whereas this expedition hope to make much shorter route up face.

Fly to Jomsom 25 March; to BC 2-3 days.
3 camps above BC with:
C3 6600m
C2 6000m
C1 5500m
BC 4800m
Summit 10 April
2 Sherpas above - Pemba Norbu sirdar, Pemba Maila
No oxygen at all. First time for all in Himalayas.
