BC on 30th Sep at 4800m southwest of Pt 4718 on Japan Dhaulagiri map
C1 on 8th Oct at 5300m on narrowing glacier between Pt 6127m & 6172m
C2 on 10th Oct at 5900m on small snow ridge
C3 on 12th Oct at 6400m on E. snow plateau.

Tripard - 2 Nov 96

Climbed via glacier between Pt 6127m & 6172m and then south to Langra Glacier on peak's east side; C2 was on this Langra Glacier's east snow plateau. From C2 Tripard and Foellmi to top in 7 hours and other summiters from C3 in 4 hours (last 4 hours all summiters together to top). 14th four other members in C3 could not make second summit attempt because of strong wind. Now climb finished, C3 brought down.

Singapore team followed French because only French had skis and snow shoes which were necessary to open route. No difficulties in skis and shoes up and down (skied from summit to C1 and then more parts of route below).
