BC at Thulnagi Glacier.
Arrived top 15:00 to 15:30 hrs in strong wind (problem to stand up). Met Heo who was first on top and followed immediately by 2 Sherpas, then Haerter, then Wehrs, then Streibel and Tauber last. Heo "was in real good condition." Were surprised to see him. Sherpas said there is someone 500m up there in the rocks and Geyer didn't believe them, thought altitude affected him; thought he would be on top earlier. Route on ridge was same Yugoslavian spring 1983 as far as Yugoslavian's high point of 7100m, then same route on face as Austrian 1972 spring.
Reached highest point on ridge of 7500m on 18th Oct, then very stormy and lost everything at C3 under snow so no longer possible to continue on ridge and also too windy for ridge. So back to C2, made new C3 on face. On 20th Oct moved camp up on ice wall to plateau at 7400m; on plateau on 22nd to top.
