BC at 40 mins northeast of Island Peak BC.
C1 to C2: lot of vertical ice very loose required lot of traversing to get around ice cliffs - plus lot of bad weather. Above C2 2 more icefalls, very steep ice cliffs of 500 ft, finally climbed ice ridge close to S Face which was dangerous from falling ice, then technical rock, then corniced knife ridge.
