Were on same permit as Italians but arrived 2 weeks later (arrived KTM 25 April and left Nepal 27th, 28th at Tingri) - had own food.
Italians summited 4th May and left few days later; this pair ate sometimes with Eiselin expedition; had all own gear (Italians left one tent at 7000m which pair moved to 7200m). At C4 used tent also occupied by 2 Eiselin members. 16 May both left C4 at 7:30 am and 15:26 (Nepali time) on top in clear weather to north but Nepal in cloud. From last rock 1:45 hours to for summit; slept in C4 with 1 Eiselin member (reached C4 in snowstorm at 17:30).
