Smt 22/09 by Ziemski at 12 pm.

Ziemski spent 2 nights at C4. He set off at 5:30 am from C4 on 22/09. On the summit at 12 pm, stayed on the top for 30 minutes. Very good weather, but no good snow conditions.

Descent on skis from the main summit except 2 rappels in icefall in between C1 and C2. He could have skirted the risky parts in icefall on skis, but didn’t want to risk anything and no one was there for a belay. Short break at C4 to collect his equipment. Arrival at BC (crampon point) at 4:45 pm.

On 25/09 he went up once more to C3 to collect his equipment.

Left BC on 26/09. Back to KTM from Samagaon by motorbike and jeep.

Sherpas above BC: 0

Oxygen: Not taken, not used

Records: Possibly first ski descent from the true summit.
