Approach: Flight to Biratnagar, Jeep to Seduwa, 7-day trek to BC.

Smt 10/05 by Charles Page and Chhewang Sherpa at 9 am.

First summit push on 03/05. Reached 7900m at 11:30 pm. Ropes were buried under a lot of snow and had to turn back. Down to C3, and after few hours of rest to BC. Only Australian climber Scholes pushed on and summited alone without oxygen at 12:40 pm.

Page had rest days in BC from 05-07/05. On 08/05 he moved to C2, on 09/05 to C3. Demanding terrain in between C2 and C3. Had a few hours of rest in C3 and started summit push at 11 pm. It was very cold in the night, and he feared frostbiting his toes. Summit at 9 am by Page and Sherpa. Perfect weather, clear skies. Stayed on summit for 45 minutes. After summit down to C2 for the night. Arrival at C2 at 6pm. On 11/05 to BC and left BC on 12/05 by heli to Ktmdu.

Polish Piotr Krzyzowski on the summit at the same time without supplemental oxygen.
Remark of Charles Page: His friend William McCarvill in EVER-241-34 used supplemental oxygen from about 8300m to the summit (in database noted as no O2 ascent). He developed HAPE on the descent and was evacuated by helicopter from C2.

Oxygen: Taken and used from 7100m to the summit and down to 7000m by Page and Sherpa.
