Himlung Himal Expedition of Acadamic Alpine Club of Hokkaido
Himlung Himal · 1992 · 가을 (3) · Japan
원정 개요
BC at pasture
C2 on West Ridge
C3 on West Ridge.
Previous expedition to this mountain actually climbed peak named Nemjung on central Nepal map & Annapurna Conservation Area map. This expedition almost certainly first to scale mountain named Himlung on this map, which according to map is at the correct longitude of 84 25 19.
Higuchi: "I think it's an easy climb - we go on snow - icefall easy; no fixed rope - fixed steep ridge from C1 to C2; this only place fixed - from C3 to top just a steep slope. Weather very fine."
Higuchi used Gamov bag one hour on 29 Sept after descent from C1 (and not sure it was useful for him).
