Due to his frequent handwork, dedication and immaculate love toward mountaineering, Egocheaga succeeded the hardest challenge of climbing the Ama Dablam (6812m) within eight hours. On the November 16, 2023, Thursday, he started to climb in early morning at 2:00 am from Pangboche and successfully completed summit in 9:00 am. He set the new record of fastest person to summit the Ama Dablam. Nevertheless, Jorge Dai says, he does not did it to make any records, he look it as a challenge. His compassionate affection for mountains, self-concentration and focus let this thing happen. Mountains boost his strength and helps him to be more focus and confident in life.
