We we’re leaving C3, Adam was 1 hour behind me. Suddenly snow balls started coming from the slope. Unfortunately he got hit with an ice slab (approx. 1x1 ft); he couldn’t continue and was heli-rescued.
As I told you there 3-4 other people in team but we got separated as we went to Island Peak, they didn’t. I don't know full names, but

Hugo (French, no summit, returned from C2 food poisoning)
Klaas (Netherlands, no summit, returned to the from C1 or C2 not sure,
didn't feel well)
