Success on Everest!

Our team had a perfect summit day on the world's highest peak! During a tough season on Everest with a very low overall success rate, many teams canceled due to harsh weather, COVID-related issues, or other challenges. However, our team "threaded the needle" and was able to have a successful and safe expedition. Our first group of climbers reached the top of Everest and Lhotse on May 11th & 12th, then our main team reached the top on May 23rd, a calm day between 2 Cyclones, with some of our climbers also reaching the top of Lhotse the same day. Our youngest climber on the team was 25-year old Ben Veres, and our oldest was Arthur Muir, age 75! Art is now the oldest American (& oldest non-Asian) to reach the top of Everest. Kristin Harila from Norway reached the top of Everest at sunrise and the top of Lhotse later that day at sunset! All of our climbers are now safely off the mountain and home.
