Team held a permit for Thakar Go East, but attempted the North Ridge of Drangnag Ri. Got only to the North Col before being turned back by deep snow.
Then team attempted nearby 5976m peak to the southwest. Holdsworth broke his leg in a fall and was heli-rescued back to Kathmandu.
